In case the customer receives any defective or damaged item from the company, there is the option available for replacing the product. For availing this facility the customer has to get in touch with the customer care department through the contact number or the email id that has been provided in the official website of the company. The customer care department must be notified within 30 days of the delivery of the product if the customer wishes to get it replaced. If the customer informs about the product after 30 days from the date of delivery then replacement will not be possible. After the customer sends back the defective product, it will be verified by a team of experts and after they verify the product has some flaws, the new product or part of the product will be shipped off immediately without any extra charge from the customer. However on the occurrence of the following events the order will not be replaced:
- The product was damaged by the customer after it was delivered.
- Shortage of the product ordered by the customer.
- If the invoice is not sent along with the defective product, then it will not be replaced.
