As per the policies of the company the products are shipped domestically and within the country. The orders are shipped via courier companies and speed post and will be delivered within five to seven working days from the date of order and payment. However, the company will not be accountable for any kind delay on behalf of the Courier Company. All the orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit or debit card unless the buyer mentions some other address at the time of purchase. The company will not be responsible in any way in case the good are goods are damaged in transit. The company will provide free shipping on orders above Rs500; however, the following terms and conditions are applicable:

- Rs75 per order will be charged for pet food products.
2. If the total value of the order is more than Rs 999 excluding pet food then the buyer will not be required to pay any shipping cost.
3. Cash on deliver option is available for all orders above Rs 500. If the order is below the above mentioned amount and the buyer wishes to avail cash on deliver facility then COD charges will be applicable.
