Shipping & Delivery

For domestic or International order which is received from world wide, all those order will be shipped by registered courier company  or postal services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, Aramex, First Flight, Blue Dart, Delivery etc… all these order will be delivered within 7-8 working days and Nappet will provide you tracking number of courier company which you can track on the website day to day. Nap Pet India will not be liable for liable of delays in delivery by the courier company /postal services but it guaranteed that packet shoulder be delivered by the courier company. All order will be delivered on your shipping address which will be mentioned on the credit card/ debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Nappets.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Return & Replacement policy

When you receive the order and,in case you are not happy with the product’s quality or the product doesn’t meet your requirement, you can return or replacement of product to us. We will replace the product or refund entire amount. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to: www.nappets.com registered address. The process of refund will be initiated once we have received the product(s) in our warehouse. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Ordering Cancellation

When you place an order and in case if you want to cancel your order before your order has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following: If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same, if you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
