Description

Pugs make pleasant companion dogs, full of dignity and charm. They are intelligent, happy and lively dogs and have great courage, although they sometimes underestimate the danger. They can find it difficult to interpret signs of aggression in other dogs. Its gentle nature makes the pug the perfect dog to keep with other pets.

Pugs are prone to overweight, which makes a balanced diet very important. Their special head-shape and short jaws (brachycephalic type) mean they have narrow airways, which can lead to difficulty breathing, with consequences for digestive transit. Feeding can be difficult, so pugs need a special kibble that is easy to take up and encourages chewing.

Royal Canin Pug Junior was developed for puppies and junior dogs up to 10 months old, to help support the skin’s “barrier” role (exclusive complex) and maintain skin health (EPA DHA).

COMPOSITION:
It consists of borage oil,dehydrated poultry protein, maize, rice,beet pulp, vegetable protein isolate*, animal fats, maize flour, hydrolysed animal proteins, minerals, fish oil, maize gluten, soya oil, fructo-oligosaccharides, hydrolysed yeast (source of manno-oligosaccharides), marigold extract (source of lutein).
ADDITIVES (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin D3: 800 IU,E6 (Zinc): 168 mg, E1 (Iron): 43 mg, Vitamin A: 31500 IU, E4 (Copper): 8 mg,E2 (Iodine): 4.3 mg, E5 (Manganese): 56 mg, E8 (Selenium): 0.07 mg – Technological additives: Pentasodium triphosphate: 3.5 g – Preservatives – Antioxidants.
